RemoteShell-CCE
RemoteShell-CCE provides a command-line tool to connect to Huawei Cloud clusters by using kubectl
.
Prerequisites
Please make sure that the cluster that you want to access is accessible over the Internet.

User Interface Overview

The RemoteShell-CCE user interface consists of two components:
- Cloud Resources: Cloud Container Engine (CCE) view, listing all the Huawei Cloud Clusters that are associated with your Huawei Cloud account.
- Editor area, which is organized in tabs holding the currently opened kubectl shells and files.

Get Started
1. Communication with a cluster
- To connect to a Huawei Cloud cluster, in Cloud Resources: Cloud Container Engine (CCE) view, hover the mouse over the cluster you want to connect to.
- Click
Open Kubectl Shell
.
- Run
kubectl
commands, no configuration required.
2. Connect to a Kubernetes Pod
- In Cloud Resources: Cloud Container Engine (CCE) view, find the target cluster you want to connect then click it and its child nodes several times until you find the target Pod.
- Click the
Connect to Pod
button.

Note: You can update the certificate of a specified cluster by doing one of the following:
- Click
Refresh Project
for Project Node.
- Click
Refresh Cluster
for Cluster Node.
